The Photo Shoot

Ivy is a wonderful subject, as it is impossible to make her look bad. The outcome of each picture presents one of only two possibilities for me - either it is a great photo because she looks beautiful and soulful, or all shortcomings in my photographic technique are glaringly obvious in contrast to her flawlessness.
Sunday we did a photo shoot for her. Ivy did my makeup, and I did Hannah and Ivy's makeup. Hannah styled hair. The portrait below was taken while Hannah was styling a blonde wig on Ivy. Thanks also must go to Loyal and Sherri for choosing to move all the furniture out of our shoot room and painting it pink that very same weekend!
